The client wanted to research the legal framework in identified global geographies for discovering any presence of “existing of all or part of the exemptions” from registration of “substance,” similar to those mentioned in Annex V of REACH Regulation.
Substances under the scope of the project included categories such as “Incidentally produced chemicals,” “By-products,” “Impurities,” “Accidentally or unintentionally generated, “isomers,” and “Naturally occurring substances.”
Experienced regulatory specialists at IDS successfully investigated and delivered Country wise Regulatory Report in the required format (.doc/.pdf) that described in detail the legal framework regarding conditions under which the identified substances though unlisted in respective country inventories may be considered as “listed” thus gaining exemption from registration or notification in that country. IDS research efforts involved not only painstaking research on multilingual country regulations but also also validation of findings through authorities in these countries.
The client confirmed acceptance of all country reports.
